During the visit of IP3 experts in the Municipality of Vlora, Himara and Konispol, was discussed about tourism development strategies for each of the municipalities. IP3 in cooperation with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) organization has the responsibility to draft three strategic tourism development plans of the three municipalities of the southern coast in a more coherent manner and relying on local development plans and projects municipal. The strategic plans will primarily aim at sustainable tourism development of the areas concerned, the extension of the tourist season throughout the year, the increase of the quality of tourism products and the increase of cooperation among the actors operating at the tourist sector.
