This forum convened to discuss the Regulation of National Sectoral Tourism Plan with members of the forum and to collect and reflect their suggestions further.

The forum was divided into two discussion groups, where in one group were representatives of the central level as various line Ministries (Ministry of Urban Development, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Agriculture etc.) and local level representatives such as the Municipality of Malësi e Madhe, Shkodra County, Shkodra Qark, Vau i Dejes Municipality, RDA 1 (Regional Development Agency 1) etc., while the second group consisted of representatives of various tourism organizations that operated in the area such as GIZ, DLDP, and representatives NAPA (National Agency of Protected Areas) in Kukës, Municipality of Tropoja, Atelier 4 etc.
